Before 'approval of the Regulations Procedure, the Board has taken steps to send to each member the regulation so that everyone could learn it with calm and propose, where appropriate, some modifications.
As today, seven months after the approval, there is still some members that ignores the existence of the regulation, publish it here available to everyone. Here are the rules then
