MINUTES OF THE BOARD
year 2009, the 20th day of September, at the headquarters of the Association in Procida, at 17. convened by the President, met the Board to discuss the following agenda:
- resignation and new elections advice (such as by statute)
- convened meeting
- Any Other
the President noted that there are 7 out of 7 members, which states, the board of directors is validly constituted, the Board of Directors
after extensive and thorough discussion, acting unanimously
- The Assembly is convened for October 18, 2009 at 9:30 am at the council hall of the City of Procida
- The elections will be held in the following order:
- Resignation current members of the Governing Council
- Submission of applications
- Vote with the opportunity to choose three names from the list of candidates
- Counting of votes and proclamation of the new Governing
- All members may apply by returning the letter of invitation to name of a shareholder who wishes to apply by October 11, 2009.
- elections only members may participate in place with the payments.
